I was put at ease right from the beginning. Here is what put me at ease. “Don’t worry about your money, I am going to get you paid all the way to the end.” And I did get paid right to the end. She was right. I got paid all the way through to my settlement. I never missed a payment. I got injured in 2015 while working overseas in Afghanistan and Ms. Peake handled my Defense Base Act case. My lawyer got me much more than I even expected in the settlement. I have already referred to Ms. Peake three more clients because I want them to be well cared for like me.
