Invision, which Zurich insures, hired the Claimant in January 2009 as an Arabic language interpreter to work in Iraq, primarily accompanying Navy SEALS in combat. The Claimant suffers from a congenital cardiac condition his employment aggravate and from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) arising from his combat exposure.

The Claimant suffered compensable work-related injuries for which the employer is liable.
