Do I need a workman’s comp attorney?
Roofer/ Sheet metal worker…partially herniated disk in neck. Sought medical treatment through company health insurance. Surgery recommended. I have not worked since the end of April. No claim as of yet. Is it too late? Still on the books at work, and paying my portion of health insurance.

Our response
With the serious nature of your injury, you definitely would benefit from speaking with a lawyer. Remember, you have only two years from the date of your accident, or two years from the last date you received compensation in order to file a worker’s compensation claim. We need to know when your date of accident was and whether you received compensation in order to be able to guide you.
