How much will I be paid if I am temporarily disabled due to a Longshore injury?

There are two types of temporary disability benefits: temporary total disability and temporary partial disability.

Temporary Total Disability (TTD) is calculated at 2/3 of your AWW. For example, if your AWW is $600, your TTD rate is $400 per week (2/3 X 600 = 400).

Temporary Partial Disability (TPD) is calculated at 2/3 of the difference between your AWW and what you are now able to earn. For example, if your AWW is $600 and you are now only able to earn $300 per week, your TDP rate is $200 per week ( 2/3 (600-300) = 200).
